Diamond Mountain
visitors' guide how to help contact

Diamond Mountain comes to you!

One of our purposes at Diamond Mountain is to train people to teach others, and that is also the best way for our students to deepen their own understanding of what they have learned.  Although we try as much as possible to make all the courses available online, the transfer of understanding is much more powerful when it goes in an oral lineage from teacher to student.  For that reason, the Diamond Mountain Teachers' Bureau was created, to give our teachers and students an opportunity to serve others, and to establish that personal link for students all over the world.

Diamond Mountain teachers have a wealth of experience in many fields. They include senior students and ACI teachers who have studied for years with Geshe Michael and other lamas, and who have been approved by him to teach the ACI courses and meditation modules to others.  Others are skilled in Sanskrit or Tibetan languages, or dance, meditation, or the other courses that we teach.

Teachers will mainly be available between terms, both at Diamond Mountain and at other locations, or for telephone conversations with trained teachers at any time.  And as is our tradition, we are pleased to offer our services free of charge.  Please let us know if you would like to organize a teaching or training at your center or study group, and we will work with you to find the perfect teacher for your group, or even for you alone.
